Mobile Patrol Unit

Nova Security Defence Sdn. Bhd. mobile patrol units are able to visit your premises when required to carry out a thorough external or internal inspection. The mobile patrol staff stays in constant contact with the control centre with the use of handheld radio or mobile telephone. They then provide electronic data reporting at each visit.

Our highly trained and experienced Mobile Patrol Officers are in regular contact with our fully manned 24 hour Control Centre. Uniformed Officers log onto site before making complete proactive checks of the clients premises to detect threats or incidents of fire, flood, theft, unauthorized entry and any other disturbances. The mobile Patrol Service can be adapted to providing customers with the unlocking and locking of premises, accompanied staff escort service, machinery and lone worker checks.

Mobile Patrol includes:-

  • Checking exterior doors, windows, entrances and automatic gates
  • Checking on late night employees to ensure their safety
  • Checking for safety hazards in the property
  • Checking for vagrants & trespassers and removing them from the property
  • Deterrence of criminal activity
  • Identifying unauthorized vehicles in parking lots and having them removed

 

Visits and checks on many premises at irregular intervals and unspecified times, particularly during the silent hours, weekends and holiday periods. The effectiveness of the Patrol Service depends greatly upon the number and frequencies of visits. This can be adjusted according to the area and risk to the
individual property.

Mobile Security Officers carry out visits to those sites not requiring a permanent security presence. These visits are particularly useful in the early detection of crime and vandalism and also to check temperatures, boilders and processors etc, contacting emergency contacts as necessary.
Patrol Unites are one of our protection services and are ideal for policing large areas such as large residential compounds or industrial areas. The role of each mobile unit is to provide rapid response to incidents involving criminal activity.

All patrol vehicles are driven by an armed guard. In order to qualify, our guards must be CPR / First Aid certified, have two years of experience in the security field and have the appropriate mace, baton and exposed weapons permit.

Nova Security Defence Sdn. Bhd. uses several types of vehicles for various operations and clients needs. All vehicles are equipped with fire extinguishers, first aid kit, jumper cables, two way radios, spotlights and a number of other safety equipments.

Our various level of protection ensure that each officer has the back-up protection that he /she needs, and that each property is safely guarded for the specified shift.
